Please note that the fully qualified employees in our firm are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and in addition to having passed stringent examinations, they are required to maintain professional competence by undergoing continuing professional development throughout their careers. Members are required to adhere to the ICAEW's bye-laws, regulations, standards and Code of Ethics. 

All member firms are monitored on a regular basis to ensure that the standards set by the ICAEW are maintained and they are required to hold professional indemnity insurance. Procter and Co is a member of the ICAEW Practice Assurance scheme.
