Procter and Co
Chartered Accountants

Our director Simon Procter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance in Manchester, before commencing his professional training at the largest independent accountancy firm in Sheffield.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working for a variety of practices in the South Yorkshire area, he decided to set up his own firm in 1993 and has worked for himself ever since. He therefore not only understands the finer points of the accountancy profession, but also the complications and sometimes stressful nature of being your own boss.

He is married with two grown up children. Simon played rugby union for many years, at the De La Salle Association Club and then for Dronfield RUFC, before injury finally forced him to accept retirement from the game.
